An embodied approach to

sensory perception

Our research program uses systems neuroscience to uncover how visual circuits in the brain meet specialized behavioral demands across species.

Approach

Our work applies the insights gained from integrating the brain with the body and its movements to understand sensorimotor perception, within a systems neuroscience framework.
